Requirements
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Healthcare and/or Call Center background preferred
- High Speed Internet and a quiet space to work
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and web browsers (Edge/Chrome)
- Medicaid/Insurance experience is a plus
- Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift, from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.
