About the role

Use programming and analytical skills to drive development of healthcare administration products
Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan
Design and develop product-related information (hard copy, web, online help systems)
Code, build, compile, and test online information and set-up, load and test systems hardware
Develop standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries
Interface with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team
Act as customer advocate to help define/refine product requirements

5+ years of applications design/development and programming with C language, UNIX/LINUX and SQL (Oracle)
Experience documenting and executing unit test cases
Experience with support of system design, development, maintenance and modification
Previous healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare IT systems experience (Member Recipient & Eligibility experience highly desired)
