About the role
- Use programming and analytical skills to drive development of healthcare administration products
- Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan
- Design and develop product-related information (hard copy, web, online help systems)
- Code, build, compile, and test online information and set-up, load and test systems hardware
- Develop standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries
- Interface with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team
- Act as customer advocate to help define/refine product requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of applications design/development and programming with C language, UNIX/LINUX and SQL (Oracle)
- Experience documenting and executing unit test cases
- Experience with support of system design, development, maintenance and modification
- Previous healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare IT systems experience (Member Recipient & Eligibility experience highly desired)
