About the role

  • Head up technical teams and workstreams as you design, develop, test and install complex applications software — with server, client and web components
  • Oversee relationships between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements result in flexible, reusable system components
  • Write highly complex design, coding and testing documentation that yields purpose-built technical products that meet real needs
  • Serve as SME in development, domain, application design and database methodologies and best practices
  • Provide technical consulting on highly complex projects by refining existing apps and designing new application modules and components
  • Mentor and guide less experienced application designers

Requirements

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in application development using C#, ASP.NET CORE & Razor Pages, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS and .NET 4.8 Web Forms
  • Proven ability to oversee and optimize high-traffic web sites and portals (particularly provider portals is highly desired)
  • Strong background in consulting roles with the ability to transition into a TFAL (Technical Functional Application Lead) role
  • Healthcare, Insurance, Provider and Medicaid experience is highly desired
  • Proactive change agent, committed to driving process enhancements and code improvements
  • Exceptional ability to engage and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the capability to mentor and develop individual contributors
