About the role
- Monitor and evaluate quality of inbound and outbound interactions
- Execute daily quality assurance reviews and processing audits
- Participate in planning, execution, and delivery of QA initiatives
- Engage in calibration and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders
- Produce adhoc reporting with observations, recommendations, and trending
- Recommend process and policy enhancements based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years performing quality assurance and analysis within the Healthcare industry
- Minimum of 3 years working in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing (5 years preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of two or more MMIS business areas
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software and contact/back-office center operations (CXOne, Verint, SharePointe, etc.)
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strategic initiative implementation and execution in customer contact operations
