About the role
- Oversee the creation and submission of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP planning through post-submission follow-up
- Supervise and mentor proposal team members
- Manage proposal assignments and coordinate with external staffing partners
- Ensure proposals meet all solicitation instructions and regulatory requirements
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and maintain high standards for proposal content
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in proposal management, development, or compliance (preferably in health and human services or healthcare)
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Certification in proposal management (e.g., APMP) is a plus
- Experience with proposal management software and AI tools is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Professional, Visio, and Project is a plus.
