About the role
- Elicit and draft business, functional, and non-functional requirements for assigned project solution areas.
- Draft design deliverable content under the guidance of Business and Technical Leads.
- Oversee project solution components end-to-end.
- Write and execute test cases and/or support Testers and Test Leads.
- Perform production verification to confirm solutions work as intended in live environments.
- Capture meeting minutes for internal and client meetings.
- Collaborate with Business and Technical Leads, Developers, Testers, and SMEs.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position
- 2 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- 2 or more years of Claims experience required, Professional / Pharmacy Claims preferred
- Detail oriented with good documentation skills
- Knowledge of computer programming concepts
- Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
