About the role
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define product features
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Partner with QA leads to support test planning and validation
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Medicaid, provider management, or claims adjustment
- Deep knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Skilled in writing Agile user stories, sprint planning in SAFe environments
- Using tools like Azure DevOps for backlog grooming and documentation
- Proven ability to gather, validate, and translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel and/or preferred SQL skills
- Experience supporting QA teams with test planning and execution
- Understanding of HIPAA, 508 standards, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
