About the role

  • Maintain and enhance systems: Ensure the stable operation of our SAP applications running on S/4HANA and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support business units: Act as the interface between business departments and service providers to design and coordinate the implementation of value-adding SAP solutions.
  • Advance document management with DOKU@WEB: Implement new requirements and optimize existing solutions, integrating the document management system into SAP processes.
  • Manage projects and processes: Optimize commercial real estate management (KIM) processes and tenant communication, and plan/coordinate a variety of IT projects.
  • Ensure support and quality: Organize support for implemented solutions and accompany key users during system changes.
  • Shape knowledge management and innovation: Develop training concepts, deliver trainings, and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with complex SAP applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX and ideally experience with Aareon’s BlueEagle template.
  • Experience with FI/CO and working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficient in IT requirements management and IT project management.
  • Ability to think holistically, with an independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Good communication skills and a strong service orientation.
