About the role

  • Oversee all projects and operations across an assigned region
  • Own regional performance including production, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions across markets
  • Directly manage and hold Project Manager IIIs accountable for performance and execution
  • Build, develop, and coach leadership across Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field teams
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards across the region
  • Drive accountability at all levels of operations
  • Own regional financial performance including production tracking, cost control, and billing alignment
  • Partner with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Oversee forecasting, workforce planning, and resource allocation across markets
  • Ensure alignment between field production, reporting, and billing outputs
  • Enforce standardized processes, reporting, and execution across all projects and markets
  • Ensure consistent use of company systems (Fieldwire, time tracking, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Oversee accuracy of timecards, production reports, as-builts, and daily reporting
  • Lead audits to validate operational performance, reporting integrity, and quality
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key customers and escalated issues
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region
  • Support market expansion, new project launches, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on regional strategy and long-term planning
  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and project risks across all markets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee inspections, audits, and quality control processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecom, construction, or project management experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-market or regional operations
  • Strong leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and field leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, accountability, and team development
  • Strong understanding of project financials, production tracking, and billing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems (Fieldwire preferred)
  • Ability to travel frequently across assigned region
