About the role
- Manage multi-channel community communications (Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email) with precision and appropriate responsiveness
- Review all outbound communications carefully for accuracy before sending
- Verify information independently rather than making assumptions
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues before they become problems
- Independently plan, coordinate, and host community events (AMAs, developer sessions, happy hours, hackathons)
- Build and nurture relationships with community speakers and thought leaders
- Create compelling content from community activities (LinkedIn posts, event recaps, video highlights)
- Own full event lifecycle: outreach → logistics → execution → follow-up → content creation
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of speakers and event opportunities
- Maintain community documentation with strong attention to detail
- Create and refine processes that prevent errors and improve efficiency
- Support special projects with complete ownership and follow-through
