About the role
- Organization, planning, preparation and execution of projects in the areas of heat, cold and structural fire protection
- Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical advice to our clients in the process industry and building services
- Preparation of measurements and documentation
- Cost estimation and preparation of offers and change orders
- Preparation of specifications and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project tracking and project controlling
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or training as a technician
- Initial experience in project management of construction-related projects desirable
- Some experience in technical sales
- Strong cost awareness
- Sales orientation and negotiation skills
- Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills in customer contact
- Independent, reliable working style and problem-solving ability
- Outgoing and open personality
