About the role

  • Acquisition and execution of projects in heating, cooling (HVAC), acoustic (sound insulation) and fire protection
  • Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
  • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Sourcing and managing tender opportunities
  • Estimating and preparation of bids and quotations
  • Preparation of specifications and planning documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and financial objectives
  • Preparation of site measurements and project documentation
  • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
  • Project tracking and progress monitoring

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or qualified technician, or master craftsman (Meister) certification in a trade
  • Experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and basic commercial/financial knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Confident presence with strong communication and persuasive skills in client interactions
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
  • Outgoing, approachable personality with a pronounced team spirit
