About the role

  • Organize, plan, prepare and execute projects in the fields of thermal and cold systems and structural fire protection, as well as related trades
  • Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
  • Provide technical consultation to our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Take measurements and prepare documentation
  • Perform cost estimation and prepare bids and change orders
  • Prepare specifications and planning documents
  • Ensure compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
  • Negotiate, award and coordinate material procurement and subcontractor services
  • Project tracking and project controlling

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or technical business administration (alternatively training as a technician or master craftsman)
  • Experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and understanding of quality, combined with a high safety awareness
  • Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in customer contacts
  • Independent, reliable working style and ability to solve problems in cooperation with our internal service departments
  • Outgoing and open personality with a pronounced team spirit
