About the role
- Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of heating, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
- Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
- Sourcing and obtaining tender documents
- Cost estimation and preparation of proposals
- Preparation of specifications and planning documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and economic targets
- Preparation of measurements and documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project monitoring and progress tracking
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
- Experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
- Experience in technical sales and commercial/financial knowledge is an advantage
- Strong cost awareness and sales affinity
- Confident manner with strong communication skills and eloquence in customer interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
- Sociable and open personality with a strong team spirit
