About the role
- Sales and execution of projects in the areas of thermal and cold systems, acoustic and fire protection, or related trades
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
- Sourcing and acquisition of tenders
- Cost estimation and preparation of proposals and quotations
- Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Preparation of measurements and project documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Commercial and technical project monitoring
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, technician qualification, or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
- Experience in technical sales and commercial/financial knowledge is an advantage
- Strong cost awareness and sales orientation
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and eloquence in client-facing situations
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
- Outgoing and open personality with a pronounced team spirit
