About the role
- Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of thermal, refrigeration, acoustic and fire protection
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of on-site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services engineering
- Sourcing and handling of tenders
- Cost estimation and preparation of proposals/quotations
- Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and planning documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and commercial objectives
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project tracking and monitoring
- Preparation of site measurements and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
- Experience in construction project management, including project controlling, is desirable
- Experience in technical sales
- Commercial/business knowledge is an advantage
- Strong cost awareness
- Sales affinity and negotiation skills
- Confident manner as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Outgoing, approachable personality with a pronounced team spirit
