About the role
- Organize, plan, prepare and execute projects in the areas of heating, cooling and structural fire protection as well as related trades
- Take responsibility for project management and lead project and site teams
- Provide technical advice to our clients in the process industry and building services engineering
- Prepare measurements and documentation
- Perform cost estimation and prepare quotes and change orders
- Prepare specifications and planning documents
- Ensure compliance with all technical, scheduling and economic objectives
- Negotiate, award and coordinate materials and subcontractor services
- Project tracking and project controlling
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
- Initial experience in project management of construction projects desirable, but the role is also suitable for career changers or recent graduates
- Initial experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage
- Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills
- Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills in client interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and proven problem-solving ability
- Outgoing, open personality with a strong team spirit
