About the role

  • Acquisition and handling of projects in the areas of thermal insulation, refrigeration, acoustic and fire protection
  • Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
  • Technical consulting of our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Sourcing of tenders
  • Cost estimation and preparation of quotations
  • Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and planning documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and financial targets
  • Preparation of measurements and documentation
  • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
  • Project monitoring and tracking

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or training as a technician, or master craftsman qualification in a trade
  • Competence/experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial/business knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and sales orientation
  • Confident presence as well as strong communication skills and eloquence in customer contact
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Outgoing and open personality with a pronounced team spirit
