About the role
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of clients' network infrastructure.
- Actively participate in projects, crisis management, and advanced technical support.
- Promote reliable connectivity and the proper functioning of the technology environment.
- Analyze capacity and performance of network equipment.
- Use monitoring and traffic-analysis tools for proactive diagnostics.
- Supervise the development and operation of monitoring systems.
- Handle advanced-level tickets for networks and security.
- Manage clients' and the company's technology assets.
- Design, implement, configure, and manage firewalls.
- Manage large-scale wireless networks.
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification.
- Advanced knowledge of firewall systems and network security.
- Experience with monitoring and analysis tools (Zabbix, Grafana).
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in technical support.
- English and Spanish: considered a plus.
