About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the breakdown of platform capabilities into detailed, implementable requirements (user stories, workflows, data mappings, API-level considerations)
- Translate business and platform requirements into system-level specifications aligned to engineering architecture
- Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and managing requirement changes
- Partner with Platform Managers, country teams, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across markets
- Analyse existing processes and platform capabilities to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital/platform environments
- Strong experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, high-quality requirements
- Experience working with engineering teams on system implementations, integrations, or APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous but not required
