Develop and shape production-grade AI solutions
Develop full-stack applications using modern web technologies
Implement robust backend solutions
Build and operate scalable SaaS products
Develop or collaboratively support proprietary projects end to end

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Solid backend experience, such as Go, Python, and FastAPI
Extensive experience with Docker, containers, images, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage
Experience contributing to production-grade AI solutions, such as RAG, NLP, LLMs, LangChain, vector search, and OpenAI
Experience working with open-source AI tools and cloud integrations
Experience building and operating scalable SaaS products
Experience developing or supporting projects end to end
Understanding of multi-tenancy, subscription models, and multi-client architectures
A strong eye for design and user interfaces
Experience with PostgreSQL, MCPs, Cursor, Codex, and other AI technologies
Experience with the OpenAI API and Azure OpenAI
Experience with GitOps and DevOps processes
Experience with test automation and monitoring
Interest in data visualization and dashboards
Interest in building AI agents and automations, such as task orchestration
Self-directed, structured, and execution-oriented approach to work
Startup mindset: hands-on and not limited to a traditional 9-to-5 mentality
High standards for code quality and performance
Excellent communication skills in German and English
