What you’ll need

Full Stack development
Strong knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, React)
Solid backend experience (e.g., Go, Python, FastAPI)
Containerization & infrastructure
Deep experience with Docker (containers, images, CI/CD pipelines)
Experience with Microsoft Azure (especially Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage)
AI/ML projects
Contribution to production-ready AI solutions (e.g., RAG, NLP, LLMs, LangChain, vector search, OpenAI)
Experience with open-source AI tools and cloud integrations
SaaS platforms
Experience building and operating scalable SaaS products
Developed or supported end-to-end projects (collaboratively with Git or as a solo developer)
Understanding of multi-tenancy, subscription models and multi-client architecture
Nice to have: an eye for design & user interfaces, PostgreSQL, MCPs, Cursor, Codex and other AI technologies, OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, GitOps and DevOps processes, test automation and monitoring
Interest in: data visualization / dashboards, building AI agents and automations (e.g., task orchestration)
Self-directed, structured, fast in thinking & execution
Startup mindset: hands-on, not a 9-to-5 mentality
High standards for code quality and performance
Strong communication skills in German & English.
