About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with startup founders and operators
  • Support outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Coordinate early-stage client conversations
  • Help expand FutureProofing’s network and partnerships
  • Contribute to the growth of AI-native startup initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or account management
  • Experience operating in startup or fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience handling client-facing conversations independently
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Familiarity with how startups raise, grow, and get evaluated. You understand what founders and investors care about and can speak credibly to it.
