Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in telecom or technical projects.
Proven experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
Strong experience in software development and data handling, including Python, Pandas, NumPy and SQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker).
Familiarity with cloud orchestration and deployment pipelines.
High level of technical English and Spanish.
