Senior SAP SD, Logistics Consultant
Fusion ConsultingSenior SAP SD Consultant leading workshops and configuring solutions for SAP S/4HANA transformation in life sciences. Collaborating with global teams to drive logistics and supply chain excellence.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workshops and gather business requirements for sales, distribution, and logistics processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD solutions, including order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and related logistics flows.
- Drive the design and support of Handling Unit Management processes, batch determination, and logistics execution scenarios.
- Design and support integrations between SAP SD and EWM, WM, and external 3PL providers.
- Collaborate with MM, EWM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and solution design.
- Support global template, rollout, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Proven experience with Handling Unit Management.
- Experience with batch determination processes in sales and logistics scenarios.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with EWM and/or external 3PL providers.
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including integration with MM, EWM/WM, TM, Manufacturing, and Finance.
- Experience leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
