About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the first point of contact (Level 0/1 support) for Warehouse Management-related issues
Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
Provide end-user training and support documentation
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Analyze business processes and identify improvements
Translate business requirements into solutions
Support process optimization initiatives
Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements
Support testing cycles and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support
Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces)
Monitor warehouse KPIs
Deliver training and support end users
Collaborate with IT and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM
Strong analytical and communication skills
SAP Certification (Bonus)
Experience with Cambar, SQL, EDI (Bonus)
