About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects related to the Product Supply organization.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the team.
Manage assigned projects throughout their life cycle.
Control the project performance (Scope, Time, Quality, Cost, Risk, Benefits).
Coordinate activities of the team responsible for project deliverables.
Plan, delegate, monitor and control project performance.
Communicate with leadership to provide weekly project updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management or relatable experience, OR relevant job experience.
3+ years’ experience in a project manager role (5+ preferred) within a manufacturing or operations environment.
Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems including knowing how a warehouse floor operates.
Ability to manage project budgets, cost center flows and vendor management cycle.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools.
Stakeholder management experience within a project management role.
Experience in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
Advanced knowledge of project management software tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.
Consumer Goods industry experience preferred.
Operations PM experience (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, et al) preferred.
