About the role
- Coordinate the development team’s efforts and facilitate technical discussions
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable solutions
- Provide technical guidance to the team on architectural decisions
- Actively write, test, and deploy production code daily
- Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize data models
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8–10 years of hands-on development experience
- Demonstrated experience coordinating development teams
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Basic familiarity with React and Next.js
