About the role
- Acquisition of new customers and management of existing customer relationships
- Providing technical advice to customers and developing suitable concepts
- Preparation and drafting of technical proposals/quotes
- Follow-up through approval and support during price negotiations
- Careful preparation of orders and handover to project management or production
- Conducting product presentations and customer training
- Participation in trade shows and industry events and follow-up of leads
- Monitoring trends and deriving recommendations for sales and product development
- Close collaboration with product management, development, service and production
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering/Technical Management
- Experience in technical sales or project-based business is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel
- Very good German and good English language skills
