Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Accounts & Card team.
Responsible for leading technical delivery and maintaining high-performance standards for card-related products.
Work closely with talented colleagues to lead technical ideation sessions, solve complex problems spanning beyond the team, and drive data-driven decisions.
You love to build new things but also don’t shy away from digging into a legacy codebase.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Python & Serverless
Strong fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
An interest (or experience) in any of Functional Programming, Distributed Systems or Event-Driven Architectures (using Apache Kafka)
Knowledge of decision engines wanted but not essential
Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission
Act as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders" across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation.
