  • Pitch the Funding Circle proposition compellingly against alternative lending options directly to business owners
  • Consistently hit and exceed your monthly targets, driving company growth whilst directly impacting the UK economy
  • Mentor junior colleagues, contributing to lifting performance across the team and to championing our collaborative sales culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in B2B sales, within commercial finance or SME lending
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident running the entire sales cycle independently, with equal capability in both prospecting and closing
  • Highly organised approach to managing a busy pipeline, keeping deals at multiple stages accurate and moving forward
  • Exceptional telephone skills - you build rapport quickly, nurture relationships over time, and simplify complex products for non-finance audiences
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Confident using approved Generative AI tools to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
