Sales Team Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Motivate and performance-manage your team to achieve individual and team targets
- Set short, medium, and long-term goals with your reports and support them in their development toward them
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement to drive the team forward
- Provide team members with regular feedback by holding 1:1s, KPI reviews, and call shadowing sessions
- Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to.
- Manage stakeholders and regularly report/present on team performance
- Coach direct reports to help them hit targets and develop their sales skills
- Be a leader and display leadership qualities consistent with Funding Circle value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced in working in a high-volume sales role
- Proven to achieve set goals and high performance
- Experienced and interested in management
- Motivated by success in numbers, and inspire your team to achieve your targets
- Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
- Excited by change and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly
- Proactive and eager to bring new ideas to drive the performance of your team
- You’re able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity
- Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
