Customer Operations Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Dealing with inbound enquiries, via telephone or email answering borrower's questions/queries.
- Requesting information from borrowers either by email or telephone.
- Update the Salesforce CRM system with all relevant information so that loan applications can move through our funnel from application to offer.
- Develop strong working relationships with 3rd party suppliers and FC internal departments.
- Support the Direct business reporting by keeping information accurate and updated.
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
Requirements
What you’ll need- Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
- Dynamic and KPI driven with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Natural proficient at multitasking with strong time management skills
- A transparent communication with the customer - both good and bad.
- Adaptable and ready to provide feedback on our products and how customers are feeling to help aid future improvements.
- Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity.
- Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
