About the role
- Execute and provide operational support for trading orders originating from the sales and asset management teams.
- Place market orders using the firm's operational systems (Pershing, Marstone, Bloomberg, or others).
- Review and validate the consistency of received orders.
- Monitor execution and confirmation of trades in real time.
- Support the sales and structuring teams with monitoring maturities, renewals, rebalances, and campaigns.
- Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives for the order workflow.
- Prepare activity reports and trading-area metrics.
- Assist with operational tasks related to opening or closing investment products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in trading operations and working with Bloomberg.
- Meticulousness, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, responsibility, and a compliance-oriented mindset.
- Advanced or bilingual English (required).
- SIE and Series 7 certifications.
- Knowledge of the securities market and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI.
