About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build the front-line relationship for dealership customers and liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Execute a framework to proactively communicate ROI, identify risks, and minimize churn
- Analyze customer performance using data and work with customers to optimize success
- Influence customer lifetime value through product adoption, satisfaction, and customer health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused plans and optimize revenue opportunities
- Understand customers’ business models and industries to position adaptive insights supporting business goals
- Report to the Director of Enterprise Accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with enterprise-level automotive customers, such as large dealer groups or OEMs
- Experience in digital advertising with Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising
- Current certifications in Google Ads (Display), Google Ads (Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX, or ability to obtain them within the first 30 days of employment
- High competency working with data to drive business focus and decision-making
- Ability to build and implement follow-up processes
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Independent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high energy levels
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
- Ability to perform duties from a home office using necessary technology and maintaining productivity
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
