About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the collection, analysis, and management of mission-user requirements from prioritization and concept development through user story creation.
Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business-focused requirements, partnering closely with product teams and product owners.
Drive requirements-gathering activities with a focus on improving usability and increasing user adoption and engagement.
Identify and analyze core business needs and translate them into concepts of operation (CONOPS), story maps, user stories, etc.
Provide consultation and guidance on complex projects evaluating the business impact of technology solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Business Systems Analyst.
Current SAFe Agile Product Management Certification or ICAgile Product Management Certification.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps Server (ADO) and Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, user stories, workflows, and Agile development processes.
