About the role

  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints and the handoff to the Director of Accounts.
  • Drive Fulfyld's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
  • Manage inbound leads coming through the website and social media platforms
  • Find new qualified leads and add them to the CRM system on a daily basis
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas
  • Book and complete discovery calls with prospects and transition them to the Director of Accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • Assist management with transition of all customers and processes to external warehouses
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce, fulfillment and logistics industries

Requirements

  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to create excellent work within project deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales processes and CRMs
  • Interest in and knowledge of social media trends
  • Ability to manage several projects of varying scopes at once
  • Goal-oriented, metrics driven
  • Track-record of top performance and exceeding expectations
  • Comfortable with cold-calls and cold-outreach
  • Proficiency using Mac or PC
  • Ability to clearly communicate with qualified leads via phone and email
