Key responsibilities & impact
  • Quickly understand customer priorities and identify where we can drive more value
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities that create mutual value
  • Identify risks early and proactively address them before they impact retention
  • Partner with Product and Engineering, but maintain ownership of moving accounts forward regardless of internal constraints
  • Manage a high volume of accounts and move quickly across conversations without losing control
  • Proactively create expansion opportunities - not just react to them
  • Use product updates and roadmap to drive new commercial conversations
  • Track engagement, usage, and expansion metrics to inform account strategy

  • You don’t get stuck in problem discussions - you redirect toward outcomes and next steps
  • Comfortable selling even when the customer is not explicitly asking to buy
  • You actively look for ways to expand usage, introduce new products, and increase revenue
  • You don’t rely on support or internal teams to carry conversations - you own the customer relationship and keep momentum moving
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing what matters most
