- Quickly understand customer priorities and identify where we can drive more value
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities that create mutual value
- Identify risks early and proactively address them before they impact retention
- Partner with Product and Engineering, but maintain ownership of moving accounts forward regardless of internal constraints
- Manage a high volume of accounts and move quickly across conversations without losing control
- Proactively create expansion opportunities - not just react to them
- Use product updates and roadmap to drive new commercial conversations
- Track engagement, usage, and expansion metrics to inform account strategy
Requirements

- Can operate effectively even when customers are frustrated or the product isn’t perfect

- Comfortable selling even when the customer is not explicitly asking to buy
- You actively look for ways to expand usage, introduce new products, and increase revenue
- You don’t rely on support or internal teams to carry conversations - you own the customer relationship and keep momentum moving
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing what matters most
