About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Work with technical and non-technical roles across different seniority levels
- Build effective sourcing strategies and identify the best channels to find strong candidates
- Proactively search and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and other sourcing platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and shape candidate profiles
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and soft skills
- Write and improve job descriptions to better attract relevant candidates
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up sourcing, candidate communication, and recruitment workflows
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on hiring pipeline performance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, suggesting and implementing practical improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outsourcing / outstaffing company
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage
- Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and align on hiring expectations
- Experience working with recruitment metrics and funnel analytics to improve hiring efficiency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ soft skills and cultural alignment
- Understanding of the IT talent market and current hiring trends
- Experience with sourcing platforms and ATS systems
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to drive hiring processes independently
- Interest in using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, or recruitment workflows
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
