About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Work with technical and non-technical roles across different seniority levels
  • Build effective sourcing strategies and identify the best channels to find strong candidates
  • Proactively search and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and other sourcing platforms
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and shape candidate profiles
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and soft skills
  • Write and improve job descriptions to better attract relevant candidates
  • Use AI tools and automation to speed up sourcing, candidate communication, and recruitment workflows
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on hiring pipeline performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, suggesting and implementing practical improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outsourcing / outstaffing company
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage
  • Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and align on hiring expectations
  • Experience working with recruitment metrics and funnel analytics to improve hiring efficiency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess candidates’ soft skills and cultural alignment
  • Understanding of the IT talent market and current hiring trends
  • Experience with sourcing platforms and ATS systems
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to drive hiring processes independently
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, or recruitment workflows
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
