About the role

  • Validate frontend components against design and legacy references
  • Verify pixel-perfect styling, responsiveness, and cross-browser behavior
  • Test component functionality: inputs, outputs, state handling, and edge cases
  • Validate third-party and backend integrations, including live data via homeca-orchestrator
  • Verify demo data scenarios: happy, sad, minimal, and extreme cases
  • Review and validate unit test coverage and quality
  • Perform accessibility checks to ensure zero critical wcag violations
  • Validate performance requirements for component rendering

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a QA engineer testing frontend applications or component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX testing principles and pixel-level validation.
  • Experience testing Angular component-based systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test case design for happy, sad, minimal, and extreme scenarios.
  • Experience validating api and backend integrations from a frontend perspective.
  • Ability to reason about performance and identify rendering or interaction bottlenecks.
  • Web testing, devtools, test management tools.
  • Bug lifecycle understanding.
  • Test design techniques practical application.
  • Test documentation (plans, strategies, cases, etc) creation and support.
  • B1+ level of English.
