About the role
- Customize and implement SAP DM solutions for manufacturing processes
- Develop custom integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and CPI
- Build SAP UI5 interfaces and front-end components
- Integrate SAP DM with S/4HANA and shop floor systems
- Lead and manage IT/SAP project activities including planning, execution, monitoring
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, manage risks and resolve issues
- Support UAT, go-live, and design phases; be onsite Monday to Thursday during milestones
Requirements
- SAP DM with 3 to 5 years of experience
- SAP Manufacturing process Knowledge - 3 to 5 years
- SAP BTP and CPI experience - 2 years (Custom development experience in SAP DM)
- SAP UI5 experience - 3 years
- Shop floor system knowledge is a plus
- S/4HANA integration is preferred
- Proven experience in managing IT or SAP-related projects
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with project documentation, risk management, and issue resolution
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree
