Act as the primary liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing technical feasibility and business needs.
Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are met.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with business and IT standards.
Manage Fujitsu project deliverables and Fujitsu resources.
Requirements
Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
10+ years of experience in project management including ERP implementation projects is required.
Experience working for Japanese corporations in Japan is required - ideally, automotive or manufacturing companies - and understanding their business culture.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is highly preferred.
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
