About the role
- Act as the primary liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing technical feasibility and business needs.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
- Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are met.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with business and IT standards.
- Manage Fujitsu project deliverables and Fujitsu resources.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- 10+ years of experience in project management including ERP implementation projects is required.
- Experience working for Japanese corporations in Japan is required - ideally, automotive or manufacturing companies - and understanding their business culture.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
