About the role

  • Act as the primary liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing technical feasibility and business needs.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with business and IT standards.
  • Manage Fujitsu project deliverables and Fujitsu resources.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management including ERP implementation projects is required.
  • Experience working for Japanese corporations in Japan is required - ideally, automotive or manufacturing companies - and understanding their business culture.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Strong background in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
