• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, specifically within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) module.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions for our clients, ensuring these solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on IT Asset Management,
• Lead the technical design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud Management.
• Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their IT operations challenges and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and test plans.
• Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, Mid Server).
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide Record, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and other platform capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITOM best practices, architectural considerations, and solution scalability.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Train clients and internal teams on ServiceNow ITOM functionalities and administration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, particularly within the ITOM space.
