About the role
- Provide L2/L3 support for Infor WFM across various functional modules (especially T&A, Scheduling, and Absence).
- Handle incident, service request, and problem management tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow,etc.).
- Perform root cause analysis, identify configuration or data-related issues, and provide permanent solutions.
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional resolutions or workarounds.
- Configure or troubleshoot new and existing rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.
- Collaborate with Infor support for raising SRs and follow-up for resolution of product-related defects.
- Assist in regression testing, system upgrades, and patch validation activities for newer versions.
- Support integration flows with third-party systems such as HRMS, Payroll, and Time Clocks.
- Prepare functional documentation (including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).
- Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.
- Provide end-user training or coaching as required.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (latest versions preferred – v7+, Infor CloudSuite WFM).
- Strong expertise in modules such as:
- o Time & Attendance
- o Workforce Scheduling
- o Absence Management
- o Labor Forecasting & Budgeting
- o Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Calculation Groups
- Good functional understanding of overall HCM processes including HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Experience with Infor WFM Workbrain configuration and rule building.
- Knowledge of Mongoose platform and Infor ION workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with Time Clock integrations (e.g., GT-400, GT-10, or other Infor-supported devices).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to read logs and debug errors.
- Experience in cloud-based application support and release cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
