About the role
- Plays a critical role in supporting and scaling account management and growth initiatives.
- Owns data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, SAP, and retailer portals.
- Proactively identifies and resolves data discrepancies across systems.
- Analyzes account performance data, trends, and field feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
- Coordinates with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Leadership to ensure alignment and timely execution on key projects.
- Oversees Tradeshow coordination and logistics.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management support, sales operations, business coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Experience in retail, foodservice, CPG, or franchise environments is a plus.
