About the role

  • Plays a critical role in supporting and scaling account management and growth initiatives.
  • Owns data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce, SAP, and retailer portals.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves data discrepancies across systems.
  • Analyzes account performance data, trends, and field feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinates with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Leadership to ensure alignment and timely execution on key projects.
  • Oversees Tradeshow coordination and logistics.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management support, sales operations, business coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in retail, foodservice, CPG, or franchise environments is a plus.
