About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Effectively facilitate and lead project team meetings.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project progress and quality.
- Create and deliver regular status reports, executive summaries, and post-project evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Champion change management efforts tied to strategic initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge management for all strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- Strong self starter with an ability to problem solve on one’s own.
- Servant leadership style with ability to adapt to various working and communication styles.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
