Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
Strong self starter with an ability to problem solve on one’s own.
Servant leadership style with ability to adapt to various working and communication styles.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
