About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and direct on-duty FuelCell Energy security personnel
Ensure adherence to post orders, policies, and standard operating procedures
Serve as primary point of contact for all security matters during the shift
Respond to, assess, and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
Oversee access control, badging, and visitor management processes
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol operations
Conduct routine inspections of posts, personnel, and equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or related field (or substitution of 10 years of professional work-related experience)
3 years’ experience in law enforcement, military security or police, corporate security management
Experience with protection of personnel, risk assessment methodology, physical security, and investigations
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications preferred
Exceptional customer service/relationship skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
