About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and direct on-duty FuelCell Energy security personnel
- Ensure adherence to post orders, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Serve as primary point of contact for all security matters during the shift
- Respond to, assess, and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
- Oversee access control, badging, and visitor management processes
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol operations
- Conduct routine inspections of posts, personnel, and equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or related field (or substitution of 10 years of professional work-related experience)
- 3 years’ experience in law enforcement, military security or police, corporate security management
- Experience with protection of personnel, risk assessment methodology, physical security, and investigations
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications preferred
- Exceptional customer service/relationship skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
