About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the final stages of the manufacturing process through fuel cell conditioning, equipment operation, shipment preparation, and maintenance activities.
Install Fuel Cells to the balance of plant for conditioning.
Remove Fuel Cell following conditioning.
Prepare finished units for shipment and support shipping activities.
Maintain a variety of plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Previous mechanical experience
Mechanical and Technical proficiency
Experience with electrical systems
Experience with rigging and crane operations
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems

Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be willing and able to work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
Must be able and willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hats, respirators, and other designated protective equipment.
