About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prototype, validate, and implement AI/ML solutions on diverse and constantly evolving client datasets
- Apply the latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock to tasks like: summarization, classification, entity extraction, text-to-query, language generation
- Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and hybrid search
- Create and implement new metrics, evaluation pipelines, and internal training/test datasets
- Survey, test, and critique use of emerging technologies to enhance existing solutions and develop new capabilities
- Share your work with clients and colleagues and to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of practical, relevant experience building NLP/IR/ML systems, from ideation to production
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- High level of analytical programming competency (e.g., Python, R)
- Hands-on development experiment with LLMs, deep learning NLP models and traditional ML techniques
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
