About the role

  • Assist with legal issues arising in the context of restructuring and corporate recovery plans
  • Conduct independent legal research, particularly in insolvency and corporate law
  • Support project teams with ad hoc legal questions across various areas of law
  • Contribute to business development, notably by assessing current legal developments and preparing related trainings, technical articles, and informational materials

Requirements

  • Studies: Business Law or Law (minimum of 3 completed semesters) with very good academic performance
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in a consulting environment or in a law firm specializing in insolvency/commercial law
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Independent working style, high motivation and commitment, and excellent communication skills
