About the role
- Assist with legal issues arising in the context of restructuring and corporate recovery plans
- Conduct independent legal research, particularly in insolvency and corporate law
- Support project teams with ad hoc legal questions across various areas of law
- Contribute to business development, notably by assessing current legal developments and preparing related trainings, technical articles, and informational materials
Requirements
- Studies: Business Law or Law (minimum of 3 completed semesters) with very good academic performance
- Ideally, initial practical experience in a consulting environment or in a law firm specializing in insolvency/commercial law
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Independent working style, high motivation and commitment, and excellent communication skills
